Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) Manual

At Ric Martin Inc., we are committed to transparency and compliance with South Africa’s Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). This Act ensures that individuals have the right to access information that is required to exercise or protect their rights.

As part of this commitment, Ric Martin Inc. has prepared a PAIA Manual in line with Section 51 of the Act. The manual explains:

If you would like to submit a formal request for access to information, please complete the required Form C and submit it to our Information Officer as outlined in the manual.
